Even when wet, and or completely submerged, the collar continues to be effective for up to 7 months. This collar is fully adjustable and can be fitted for small and big dogs (fitting necks up to 26"). Simply wrap the collar around your dog (slip 2 fingers flat under the collar to ensure a snug fit, but not too tight), fasten, and snip off the excess length.
